SuDs Proforma Completion

A SuDS Proforma is a checklist required by certain Local Planning Authorities to demonstrate that a new development handles surface water safely and sustainably. To complete the SuDS proforma, we require the following information: Proposed & Existing Site Layouts (CAD/PDF). Topographical Survey. Flood Risk Assessment (FRA) or Drainage Strategy Report (if available). Hydraulic Modelling Calculations / Outputs (.CSV, .MDB, or PDF summary). Ground Investigation / Infiltration Test Results (BRE 365). If the infiltration rate is not available, please find the service for this here. Please note this service is to complete the proforma only, additional services maybe required to ensure requested information is complete.
