Nanclares 'Dandelión' Albariño Rias Baixas, 2025

This wine is 100% Albariño. The winemakers refrain from adding potassium which is often used to curb the trademark high acidity of this wine. Dandelión additionally spends almost year or more on its lees before bottling, without clarification and filtration. The quintessential lime characteristics, both on the nose and the palate, make it great for drinking with mildly spicy curries or paella, even for weeknight tacos.
