Straight Empire Rye is a double pot distilled rye whiskey aged in charred oak barrels, made from Danko rye and English malted barley.
- It is one of the few commercially available rye whiskeys made grain-to-glass in the Northeast.
- Empire Rye must be made from at least 75% New York-grown rye and must be distilled in New York.
