2025 Domaine des Plus-de-Vie - Livermore Valley Here's the newest (seventh?) rendition of a blend that's dear to us, as we had a lot to do with growing it, making it, and creating the "brand". Livermore Valley-grown Syrah, Grenache, Carignan, Mourvèdre, and a touch of Muscat all contribute. It was minimally made via a co-fermentation and a very quick spin in oversized neutral oak. This year it's darker and a little "rounder" in texture, and I feel the Carignan from my maturing vines is making itself sensed with an earthy,, unsweetened baker's chocolate quality. 35 cases made!
