Finish with GelColor Super Gloss Top Coat: paint the edge first, then sweep a thin layer across the nail. Cure 30 seconds. 7. Remove tacky layer on Super Gloss Top Coat with an Expert Touch Nail Wipe saturated in N.A.S. 99. 8. Massage a drop of ProSpa Nail & Cuticle Oil into cuticles.
