Handcrafted by one of Venice’s premier Murano mirror ateliers, the La Veneziana Rosa Classica Mirror draws upon the centuries old Venetian mirror tradition long associated with richly decorative interiors and romantic glassmaking. The softly gilt mirrored border, delicate hand formed Murano glass flowers, and scalloped edging are all characteristic details of traditional Venetian mirror craftsmanship, where ornamentation, light, and reflection were designed to create atmosphere within a room. One of the most beloved pieces within the La Veneziana collection, the mirror functions beautifully atop a vanity, dressing table, or console while also making an especially wonderful gift. The mirror can also be mounted directly onto a wall via the integrated hook to the reverse and is finished with dark stained Italian wood.
