Winemaking & Style Crafted primarily from Cabernet Sauvignon, the grapes are gently pressed with minimal skin contact to achieve a delicate pink hue. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at cool temperatures to preserve aromatics and crisp acidity. There is no oak influence, ensuring a bright, clean and refreshing style. Tasting Notes Pale salmon pink in colour, this rosé shows aromas of fresh strawberry, raspberry and redcurrant, complemented by hints of watermelon, citrus and floral notes.
