Midorigi (绿树) Origin: Uji, Japan Grade: Cooking, Matcha Latte This matcha is freshly processed after TeeMaa's order is made. We order around once in every 2 or 3 months from Japan. An excellent Cooking Grade matcha for baking or cold matcha drink. In TeeMaa, our matcha cheesecake, matcha ice cream and matcha chocolate are all made with it.
