IRF: Coder/HIM Professional Learning Path

This learning path is designed to support inpatient coders and CDIs in developing the knowledge and skills needed to accurately code for both the IRF-PAI and IRF UB-04. The pathway includes four targeted courses, kicked off with a multi-session training series, to provide a structured and comprehensive learning experience. Topics include IGC selection, ICD-10 coding, CMS guidelines for comorbidity tier assignment, and the 60% Rule. Real-world scenarios and practical coding tips are integrated throughout to strengthen accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
