PrestaHeroes HI+AI Order Insights is a free PrestaShop admin module that turns completed orders into practical sales intelligence directly inside your back office. We built this because we needed it ourselves. After managing PrestaShop shops for years, we wanted a faster way to understand what was really happening at order completion without digging through GA4, exporting reports, or manually reviewing individual orders. The module captures useful completed-order context and displays it where admins actually work: inside PrestaShop. That includes the device type captured for each individual order, plus dashboard cards and reports that summarize revenue, payment methods, delivery countries, customer type, discounts, and order totals. Device Type Per Order See whether each completed order was placed from desktop, tablet, mobile, or an unknown device type. Revenue by Device Review dashboard revenue totals for desktop, tablet, and mobile orders so you can see which devices are actually producing sales. Payment Methods Understand which payment modules customers actually use when they complete checkout. Delivery Countries Identify which shipping destinations are producing real completed-order revenue. Customer Type Review guest, registered customer, and available customer context from completed orders.
