The three-hour session includes: A welcome drink on arrival A guided gin tasting exploring different botanicals Crafting your own gin on a 2.5 litre still with personally selected botanicals Bottling 500mLs of your uniquely crafted gin with custom label to take home and savour The finale - sit and relax with a drink made with your own gin, accompanied by a selection of locally made cheeses Choose your experience: 🔹 Distilling Solo – $185 per person Perfect for you if you like doing things your way. You’ll be distilling on your own dedicated copper still with full creative control. 🔹 Distilling Duo – $235 for two people Love working together? Then this one is for you and your friend. You’ll share a traditional copper still to create a custom gin. A fun, collaborative experience for partners, friends or family. All participants enjoy 10% off any takeaway purchases on the day. Note: The session is limited to 6 stills. Those who choose the Distilling Duo option will work on the same still and receive 1 x 500ml bottle of their bespoke gin to share.
