Uprooted by Fil - June 13th AMS

Uprooted by Fil, Volume 1, in Amsterdam. This is your invite to the family lunch, Fil style. Inspired by the memory and feeling of lunch at our grandmother's house growing up. Informal, slightly chaotic, a full table with delicious food, made with love. It's the sort of meal you can't get anywhere else, and the way that plates get passed around; this is likely where the term "family style" was coined from. Volume 1 is our version of the family lunch. The informality, the community and the warmth of those family lunches we grew up with, but with a menu influenced by our experiences both at home and beyond. Enjoy a welcome drink and four courses, served family style. Soft drinks, coffee and tea will also included. Alcohol is BYOB, so feel free to bring your drink of choice and what you enjoy best. Pairing suggestions will be shared closer to the time! Note: Vegetarian options will be available, however we are unfortunately unable to accommodate vegan or gluten free diets.
