This is the full bodied, flavour packed Shiraz which made Barossa famous. Named after Senior Winemaker Stuart Blackwell, it’s full of dark fruits with brooding intensity. The rich and generous dark fruit spectrum is classic Blackwell. Taut tannins, subtle spice and mineral influence. These factors extend the persistence and complexity of the wine. A wine with the backbone to go well with wintry style dishes and spicy, full flavoured meats such as tender beef in blackbean sauce. After dinner, serve with an aged hard, bitey cheese such as a vintage cheddar.
