V speckled — Ceramic Candle Holder

Balanced on two soft arches. V is a hand-formed ceramic candle holder designed to hold standard taper candles. Its split, arch-like base creates a sculptural stance while subtle surface indentations catch and reflect the flicker of candlelight. The glossy red glaze is finished with delicate dark speckles near the top — a spontaneous surface detail that adds depth and individuality to the piece. No surface is perfectly straight or symmetrical — an intentional choice that allows the ceramic body to interact dynamically with the flame. Historically used as essential lighting tools, candle holders remain small but powerful light objects. Within MUJJ Objects, V continues this lineage as a functional sculpture for intimate spaces.
