Verus Air – Welding Helmet

The CleanAIR Verus Air Welding Helmet combines advanced respiratory protection with auto-darkening welding technology for safer, more comfortable welding. Suitable for MIG, MAG, SMAW, TIG, plasma cutting, carbon arc gouging and gas welding applications. ADF S60+ offers true colour display for increased colour perception and excellent clarity of vision. Large viewing area 98 x 62mm. Ten dark shades available for various welding jobs. Four sensors for stable arc detection. Highest level of optical standards EN 379: Optical quality: Class 1 Light scattering: Class 1 Homogeneity: Class 1 Angular dependence: Class 1 Magnifying lens can easily be attached to the ADF. Integrated air distribution works with all CleanAIR PAPR and Airline systems providing the highest level of respiratory protection TH3. Lightweight and durable shell meets the requirements of EN 175 B and thus ensuring protection against high-speed particles. Adjustable airflow can be regulated between three zones for individual comfort Zone 1: control knob accessible from outside the helmet controls the direction of the air coming from the lower part of the airduct. Zone 2: the two other outputs are in the upper part of the helmet. The intensity of the airstream can be regulated by the two sliders inside the helmet. Zone 3: the two sliders on the inside of the helmet control the intensity of the airflow coming either towards welders mouth or from the sides. Easily adjustable head harness provide comfort for all head shapes. The smooth rachet mechanism allow precise adjustment of the head circumference and a secure fit.
