They are a lightweight coverlet-style, giving them a nice drape, and perfect for layering or standing on their own. Two thin layers of cotton fabric are stitched together with hundreds of "kantha" stitches, a centuries-old Bengali tradition of hand stitching. Each quilt is a true labor of love.
