Henschke Hill of Roses Shiraz 2022 is a limited release Eden Valley Shiraz from Henschke, sourced from a select parcel of the Hill of Grace vineyard and named in tribute to early Barossa settler Johann Gottlieb Rosenzweig. Tasting notes open with boysenberry, blueberry and blackberry, lifted by pink and black peppercorn, five spice and bay leaf. The palate is finely structured and vibrant, moving through raspberry, mulberry and black cherry with graphite, cedar and a gentle sandalwood tone. Bright acidity gives energy and line, while fine tannins carry a long, seamless and elegant finish.
