Please note that this is an ADVANCED CLASS for BVC Besties Only who want a challenge and have the technical skill and emotional stamina to enjoy it. 3+ CAKE CLASSES are required to join. Are you a beginner who is thinking about winging it in this class? Please don't! We love the confidence but know you'll be overwhelmed- start with our First Timers Collection instead. In this 3.5 hour class you'll learn how to stack, coat, and layer a mini two tier chocolate cake and then use various piping tips to decorate the floral garden of your dreams. Note that this cake is smaller than it looks (serves up to 10 people) and can be stored in the refrigerator for one week after assembled or in the freezer for up to 1 month. As always, our signature snack spread, cocktail (or mocktail) and trifle dessert are complimentary with every class.
