The soil is mainly clay with flint on limestone rock. The vines are 30 years old clone selection. The 0ha16 parcel of pinot blanc is also rented and situed in the village of Villierfaux. The vines are 40 years old vines massale selection. They are planted on loam and clay soil. Aromatic, but with freshness, acidity and balance it's a delight.
