Château du Coing de St. Fiacre, Muscadet Sèvre et Maine Sur Lie

This wine is made from Melon de Bourgogne grapes on the Château du Coing de St. Fiacre estate in France. It is fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged on its lees, resulting in a rich, balanced wine.

• The wine cannot be bottled until after the first Thursday of March following the harvest.
