Hypertherm SmartSYNC / Adapter 65A Mechanized Cutting Cartridge

Designed for consistent CNC results on Cyrious Metal Works plasma tables, this 65A mechanized cartridge is optimized for production cutting in the 6 mm (1/4″) to 12 mm (1/2″) thickness range. Staying within the recommended range helps maintain cut speed and edge quality, and choosing the correct amperage for your typical material helps extend cartridge life and reduce consumable downtime. Compatibility: Works with SmartSYNC torches for Powermax65/85/105 SYNC systems, and with Duramax torches on Powermax65/85/105 systems when used with a torch adapter. It can also be used on hand torches when a stand-off cut is desired. When using a mechanized cartridge with an adapter on a Duramax machine torch, refer to the cartridge adapter cut chart guide (811300MU). Optional ohmic ring torch height sensor kits are also available.
