Vintage 30s Deco Black Crepe Evening Purse with Wristlet Handle • Batwing

Very sweet vintage Art Deco evening clutch purse circa 1930s. Black crepe evening bag with a pleated crescent shape and a flap reminding me of a batwing shape, it secures with a popper. Contrasting cream taffeta lining with Made in England label. Semi circle shape with batwing shaped flap. Cute little wristlet strap handle. Pleating around the arc bottom. Made from black sheeny crepe fabric on the outer and lined and edge with a cream taffeta, which does have some staining. Made in England label. **Bangle shown is for scale **. MEASURES The purse measures: 6.5" x 4. 3/4". In mostly lovely condition, there's a teeny rub to the corner of the front flap with a feint mark and the lining has a some foxing discolourations.
