Shaping Person-centred Teams and Culture

Shaping Person-centred Teams and Culture is an online course that is intended for executive directors and senior leadership. This course looks at a variety of ways to use person-centred practice to strengthen the organization and can be accessed at any time and completed at each person’s individual pace (over the 30-day access period). This course will take approximately 1 hour to complete. This course is eligible for COMPASS funding.
