ASW Distillery is Atlanta's hometown whiskey distillery — and one of the most technically distinctive craft distilleries in the country. Their calling card is a rare hybrid approach: traditional Scottish-style double copper pot distillation, combined with grain-in distillation, a Southern innovation that extracts deeper, more complex flavor from every batch. They call it Southern Pot-Still Pioneering, and it shows in the glass. Fiddler Big Green Egg Bourbon | Cask Strength 51% corn, 45% wheat, 4% malted barley — nearly 7 years old, including a secondary toasted barrel finish. Master Distiller Justin Manglitz hand-toasts and chars North Georgia mountain oak staves directly on a Big Green Egg ceramic smoker before adding them to the barrel for the final stretch of aging.
