Cable Knit Vest Class

Tackle intricate cables with us in the Cabled Vest Class as we knit the Emery Vest by Joji Locatelli. Students will learn how to measure their gauge, read a garment pattern and keep track of multiple charts, knit a variety of cabled stitches, short row shaping, picking up stitches for ribbed bands, and a tubular bind off. This structure provides time to knit the majority of a vest at home, learning all of the techniques as we go along. To achieve this, an average of 7-10 hours knitting per week will be required depending on individual speed and size of vest that is made. Designed for intermediate knitters, this class is best suited to those who are already confident knitting and purling in the round and working basic cables. The pattern is included in the price of the class. Materials list will be provided to students prior to class.
