Tasting notes: In terms of the roasting, we think it tastes somewhere between the Kaffelogic and Stronghold roast of this coffee in terms of the amount of browning in the cup. In this coffee, we taste citrus blossoms, some herbality and some green notes which we think represent both the varietal and processing well.
