This standard pressure package delivers up to 750 SCFM of reliable airflow in a fully assembled, ready-to-install system. We’ve built hundreds of custom blower systems over the years. And while every application is a little different, many share the same core requirements. So we built a pre-engineered system designed to handle common use cases, while still backed by the support you’d expect from a custom solution. Quality Components for Reliable Performance. With decades of experience in real-world blower applications, we select rugged components that will provide the durability and performance you need: Rotary Positive Displacement Blower – Roots Model 412 RAM Motor – 75 HP, TEFC Premium Efficiency, 1800 RPM, 230/460V, 3 Phase, 60 Hz Mounting Base – VersaBase 567 with integral belt guard and accessory mounting brackets Motor Mount – Double adjusting slide base, reinforced with welded corners for durability V-Belt Drive – Minimum service factor of 1.4 Inlet Filter – 6″ with replaceable paper element Inlet Silencer – 6″, heavy duty, chamber-absorptive type Discharge Silencer – 6″, heavy duty, chamber-absorptive type Discharge Expansion Joint – 6″ EPDM Pressure Relief Valve – 3″ spring type, with factory set relief point Check Valve – 6″, swing type Pressure Gauge – 2.5″ dia, 0–15 PSI, liquid-filled with snubber & gauge cock Optional Upgrade: Weather / Acoustic Enclosure Your equipment can be packaged inside an optional weather-resistant, sound-attenuating enclosure designed to improve performance, extend equipment life, and create a more manageable operating environment. Our enclosure starts from the ground-up with a fabricated steel sub-base with anchors and lifting lugs. Next an insulated, galvanized steel enclosure is mounted to the sub-base to house the blower package, providing protection from the elements and noise reduction. In our standard package, 2″ Rockwool insulation is mechanically fastened to the interior skin of the enclosure, providing typical noise reduction of 18 to 20 dBa at 3′ from the package. The roof panel on top is also insulated and features an air intake. Turnkey Airflow. No Guesswork. Positive displacement blowers are an ideal solution when your application requires constant flow, regardless of changes in pressure. This package delivers up to 750 SCFM. To protect your equipment, our standard package includes a safety relief valve, factory set at either 10 or 15 PSIG (other set points can be specified at no additional cost). Designed for Easy Maintenance. All pdblowers packages are designed with the end user in mind, with easy access for maintenance and replacement. If you choose to include the acoustic enclosure, it was designed with easy-open doors and hatches to quickly access components for maintenance. These panels can also be locked to prevent unauthorized access to the equipment. Should the larger components–or even the entire blower package–need to be removed, the roof panel has lifting lugs in each corner so it can be lifted off to access the equipment. Built in America.
