1984 Kenner Rose Petal Place Cottage Dollhouse MIB

This is the Rose Petal Place Cottage Doll House. Its still in the box and it doesn't appear to have been removed before I inspected it The accessories are in bags and the stickers are unused. They may not be sticky anymore due to age. This playset is very rare in this condition! The box itself is amazing compared to most I've seen - this one has vibrant colors and isn't faded. It has some light wear. The box is very large (approx. 14" x 12" x 12") so it will be an oversized package.
