Reduced Risk Validate materials and processes in the lab before transitioning to production. Repeatable Results Pressure feedback and temperature-controlled dispensing deliver consistent multilayer printing. Easy-To-Use Software Smooth Onboarding Guided workflows, videos, and user profiles help new users become productive quickly. Collaboration & Research Create, modify, and share material and substrate profiles using a centralized library. Built-In Support Connect directly with Voltera support through integrated live assistance tools. Integrated Computer Vision Eliminate Registration Errors Accurately position and align patterns using augmented reality overlays. Optimize Print Quality Automatically determine ideal height, pressure, and calibration settings. Simplify Reporting Capture images for documentation, measurement, and process verification. Large Configurable Print Area Rigid Substrates Secure rigid materials of various shapes and sizes using the integrated mounting grid. Compliant Substrates Hold flexible and conformable materials using the titanium vacuum table. Custom Fixtures Create application-specific fixturing solutions using the configurable mounting platform. NOVA Anatomy Module Ports The modular interface uses kinematic couplings and locking levers to locate and hold modules in place. Print Area / Mounting Grid The A4 print area can be configured to work with a variety of substrates. The vacuum table module can be removed to expose a threaded mounting grid. Priming Plate Test ink and print settings before applying materials to a substrate. Wipe the plate clean when the desired print quality is achieved. Storage Drawer Protect NOVA’s dispenser and probe between uses by storing them in the drawer’s foam insert. XYZ Positioner Locates the tip of the tool in XYZ space using solid-state strain gauges for low-force touch sensing. Status LEDs Located along the underside of the Y-axis fenders, the LED indicators provide important information about NOVA’s status. Smart Dispenser Actuator Advances the plunger to pressurize and control the flow of the fluid. Status LEDs Located behind the syringe, the LED indicators provide important information about the Smart Dispenser’s status. Syringe NOVA accepts standard EFD 5cc syringe barrels, which can be sourced from suppliers or directly from Voltera. Pressure sensor Closed-loop pressure feedback control ensures consistent flow rates required to achieve high resolution prints. Smart Probe Status LEDs Located on the front of the Smart Probe, the LED indicators provide important information about the Smart Probe’s status. Stylus The ruby-tipped stylus will touch the surface of a substrate to take height measurements.
