Caramel Corn Crunch

This is what you could call a “crush bar”: a bar that, after the first bite, you just end up “crushing”, as in you’re eating the entire thing in one sitting. This is the type of bar we know we will be snacking on until the broken bar bags are all empty. We blended roasted sunflower seed butter and roasted sugar into Tanzanian dark chocolate, then folded in crushed salted popcorn. It reminds us of a Nutter Butter, but better than we remember those ever being. It’s nutty, buttery, crispy, salty, creamy, milky... We could go on.
