Arlo
Arlo is a skin fermented wine made from Seyval Blanc and Vidal; orange and aged three weeks on skins before bottling. Bergamot, quince and green tea leaves play in the aroma, but Arlo is dry and tannic in flavour. Ripe nectarines, peach blossoms, honeycomb and white raspberries all plop into my mind.
