SCA 78 | Bourbon & Catuai | MC Process | 100% Arabica | 900–1000m A blend of Brazilian beans taken to a medium-dark roast. Well balanced, with a small amount of acidity. Notes of cocoa, praline and caramel. Using Swiss Water® decaffeination, this coffee retains much of its original structure and sweetness. The result is a stable, low-acidity profile that performs consistently across brew methods without the thinning or sharpness often associated with decaf. Profile: • Smooth, cocoa, low acidity Dial-In Notes: • Slightly faster flow than regular coffee—grind finer if needed • Aim for 26–30 sec for best balance Milk Pairing: • Works well with milk, though slightly lighter body Ideal as espresso or filter for a balanced decaffeinated cup.
