PX Sherry Cask Finish whisky delivers an intensely rich and layered profile from the first pour. The nose opens with dense aromas of molasses, date syrup, blackberry compote, and fig jam, followed by dark maple sugar, polished oak, and hints of espresso bean. Beneath the sweetness lies a subtle earthy character reminiscent of old leather, pipe tobacco, and roasted walnut. ABV: 61.1 % Volume: 375ml Oloroso sherry cask finish whisky opens with deep aromas of dried figs, raisins, dark cherry, and warm baking spice. Layers of toffee, roasted nuts, and dark chocolate develop on the palate, balanced by subtle oak and a velvety mouthfeel.
