Go Brewing's Hazy is a non-alcoholic, gluten-free beer built on a base of millet, buckwheat, and certified gluten-free oats. Citra and Nectaron hops have a vivid profile of citrus and stone fruit, with a soft, hazy body with a smooth, mouthfeel. For a non-alcoholic hazy that also skips the gluten, this is a genuinely impressive result. Citra hops brings a pop of citrus, while Nectaron layers in ripe stone fruit and a tropical notes. Go Brewing has built this one to hold its own against any hazy on the shelf, gluten-free or otherwise. Go Brewing takes gluten-free seriously. The recipe starts with millet, buckwheat, and certified gluten-free oats sourced from dedicated facilities, including Grouse Malt House. Every inch of the brewhouse was deep cleaned, lauter screens removed and scrubbed individually, and Clarex enzyme was added at packaging to break down any residual gluten. It's a thorough, transparent approach to brewing for gluten-sensitive drinkers.
