She offers customized treatment programs to help you meet your health goals. She uses combination of manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, Kinesiology taping, dynamic cupping, and dry needing. She also offers Breast cancer rehabilitation program for the women who are going through breast cancer treatments. When people think of breast cancer treatments, they typically think of breast surgery or chemotherapy/Radiotherapy. Breast cancer rehabilitation is often overlooked, but it plays a vital role in helping you regain strength as you heal. You may benefit from rehabilitation care at any point throughout your journey in battling breast cancer,and we are here for you when do. Dhara is also a certified yoga instructor. She has a unique client centred approach integrating training in manual therapy, exercises with yoga and mindfulness practices. Her strength as a yoga teacher is rooted in her knowledge of anatomy and her holistic approach towards teaching. Physiotherapy integrated with yoga may result in: improvement in mobility, strength, endurance, balance, body awareness, interoceptive awareness, circulation, respiratory function, bone health, reduction of pain, improved self management of pain and improved ability to self regulate.
