Bouquet comes with 1 x 18" star with short customised message, 6 x 12" coloured balloons All balloons are inflated with helium and come attached with curling ribbons and a foil balloon weight. Note: Take note that 12" helium coloured latex balloons usually last 15-20 hours depending on the temperature and climate etc. Helium latex balloons will reduce in size over time.
