The cattle have spent their lives on incredibly lush pastures, developing AMAZING yellow fat and breath-taking marbling.......they are stunning. Aged for 50 days, this beef looks 10/10! Expect a deep, rich flavour from the Hereford breed and a wonderful texture from our in-house ageing.
