Bloom & Pour - Flor de Izote
Just like the Flor de Izote flower, this coffee is beautiful yet functional. An exclusive collab between Bloom & Pour and Valor, Flor de Izote comes from our friends at El Borbollon in Santa Ana, El Salvador. Coffee producers across the Apaneca Llamatepec Mountain Range bring their cherries to the Borbollon processing station, where the coffee is depulped and fermented for 8 to 12 hours. The shorter fermentation window keeps the cup clean and chocolatey. Coffee is then washed and dried on clay patios before dry milling. Dark chocolate and almond up front with tangerine sweetness on the way out.
