The structure consists of: Uprights (vertical side panels) Beams Sheet metal panels All elements are made from profiled steel strips with technical features that ensure strength, stability, and configuration flexibility. Technical specifications Shelves adjustable in height every 25 mm Shelf footprint: 60 mm Standard finish: galvanized Maximum span capacity: 4000 kg (with 600 mm shelf spacing and the first shelf at max. 200 mm from the ground) Shelf capacity: up to 340 kg (depending on the chosen width) Load is considered evenly distributed Floor anchors included, as required by current regulations It is recommended to position the first shelf at a height not exceeding 700 mm from the ground. Technical data sheet User and maintenance manual Modular configuration The shelving unit can be configured using: 🔹 Base module Consists of: 2 vertical side panels Desired number of shelves It can be integrated with one or more additional modules. 🔹 Additional module Allows the structure to be extended in length by placing it alongside the base module. Total width calculation To determine the overall footprint, consider: +120 mm fixed for the base module +50 mm for each additional module installed It is also recommended to allow an adequate technical margin to compensate for any irregularities between the floor and walls. Assembly and safety Always use the supplied anchors for floor mounting, checking the consistency of the concrete slab. Before placing the sheet metal shelf panels, insert the supplied safety accessory into the pair of holes located below the horizontal beams. To make insertion easier, bend the rod slightly into a "V" shape in the center to ensure a tighter fit before positioning the panels. Note on regulatory classification and declared capacities The MM50 shelving unit falls under Class 3 (according to current regulations) for the purpose of not being subject to seismic parameters, despite having higher load performance as reported in the product sheet. Upon explicit request, MAYERMOOVER can provide a table certifying the actual capacities, seismically dimensioning the structure with the required parameters and adjusting the cost accordingly. In this case, technical development times and delivery schedules will be revised. This classification is exclusively for regulatory purposes and does not reduce the structural performance of the product. The declared capacities represent the official usage values: Capacity per shelf: 200 kg (evenly distributed) Maximum span capacity: 1000 kg total The product is designed for industrial use and is dimensioned to ensure strength and reliability in compliance with the values indicated above. The reported data must be considered binding subject to correct installation, use, and maintenance. 400 mm upright assembly diagram 600 mm upright assembly diagram 800/1000 mm upright assembly diagram Options and customizations Individual components can be purchased upon request: Uprights Beams Shelves A version with uprights and beams painted in the following colors is also available: RAL 5010 RAL 1003 White (non-RAL) For delivery times and personalized quotes, please contact our sales office.
