100% Pinot Noir. Although made from old vines, we produce a fruity, luscious wine with notes of fresh fruit and a smooth, creamy texture. The wine opens up in its first year; the aging process is subtle, preserving its elegance. It's a wine to be enjoyed and can be savored in its early years. Vinification takes place exclusively in French oak barrels. The barrel stock is renewed by thirds, with one-third new barrels each year, and the oldest barrels being three years old. Each cuvée receives its own specific proportion of new oak.
