TopNotch Extra Girth Penis Sleeve (19.5cm)

Features and Benefits Extra Outer Fullness: A 43 mm maximum shaft profile makes this the fuller of the two reinforcing models. Heavy Raised Texture: Pronounced veins and folds add noticeably more external texture for partnered play. 5mm TPR Walls: Substantial material at the base gives the sleeve a thicker, more structured feel. Smooth 14.5cm Tunnel: The interior remains smooth while the texture is concentrated on the outside. Simple Single Opening: Straight-cut base means no secondary loop or complicated setup. Description More fullness, more texture, no questionable centimetre promises. The TopNotch Extra Girth Penis Sleeve wraps the shaft in a substantial layer of soft TPR, creating a 43 mm outer profile with heavily raised veins and folds for extra surface texture during partnered play. Its smooth inner tunnel measures approximately 14.5 cm deep, while the 5 mm material thickness around the base gives this model a noticeably substantial construction. The single straight-cut opening keeps it easy to use, and the closed, firmer head creates a defined shape without relying on an unverified length-extension claim. Add water-based lubricant inside, slide the sleeve over the erect shaft and adjust until comfortably seated. At 19.5 cm overall, this is the largest and most heavily textured of the two reinforcing-style TopNotch models. For a pleasurable experience, apply generous amounts of water-based lubricant to all insertable parts and your intimate areas before gentle insertion. Care Instructions Silicone-based lubricants may react with silicone products, leading to swelling of the area of the toy submerged in silicone or other distortion. To be safe, only use water-based lubricants with the toys or do a patch test on a small area to see how they react. Wash off with warm water and mild soap if an adverse reaction occurs. Wash the toy with warm water and mild soap or an antibacterial toy cleaner before and after use to prevent infection. If you’ve been engaged in anal play with the toy and would like to switch to vaginal play, make sure it is cleaned properly before using it on the vagina to prevent the transfer of bacteria from the anus to the vagina.
