4 ounces of dried wild morel mushrooms! It takes roughly 2 pounds of fresh morels to make 4 ounces of dried. They are a great solution to enjoying morels year round because you can rehydrate them as you need them. These are wild harvested morels, using no chemicals or pesticides of any kind. To Reconstitute: Rince morels, then soak in 4 cups of cold liquid per 1 ounce of dried morels for 1 to 2 hours, or overnight in fridge. When fully rehydrated, strain, cook and enjoy! Morels must be cooked thoroughly. Storage: Store in a cool dry area, or freeze them until use. For best results, use within 2 years of purchase.
