Personal Training — Small Group

Train with up to three friends or colleagues. You get Ash's coaching for the full hour, and the cost per person is lower than training alone — £45 each in a pair, or £35 each in a group of three or four. Who it's for Friends who want to train together and keep each other going Colleagues — a team session is an easy way to do something together at work, without leaving the building Anyone who wants proper coaching at a lower cost per session What to expect Ash plans each session around the group, adapting exercises so people at different levels can train side by side. You get the same coaching as one-to-one, plus the energy of training together. How it works One person books and pays for the whole group, and names everyone else at checkout. We'll introduce you to Ash by email. Ash will contact the person who booked within two working days to arrange a date and time that suits the group. Good to know Everyone in the group must be an Engine House gym member. Group sessions are booked one at a time, and are valid for 3 months from purchase. A session not yet taken can be cancelled for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Once arranged, sessions need at least 24 hours' notice to rearrange. Late cancellations and no-shows use the session. If you arrive late, the session still ends at its arranged time. If Ash has to cancel, or no date can be agreed, you can rearrange or have a full refund.
