Dailuaine 18 Years Old 2008 Infrequent Flyers

This single malt was distilled in 2008 at Dailuaine Distillery, a Speyside workhorse whose weighty, meaty spirit is mostly destined for blends and rarely seen as a single cask. Matured for 18 years, it was finished in a single hogshead that previously held Oloroso sherry, a natural partner for Dailuaine's rich, robust character. Bottled at natural cask strength, without chill-filtration or artificial colouring, by Alistair Walker for his Infrequent Flyers Collection.
