Fit the cup covers, then fix the main hinge bodies to the door with the 3.5 x 15mm round-head screws, keeping the base flat against the door. Join the two hinge bodies with the connecting strip and fit the strip covers. Fix the two base plates to the cabinet side panel, 245mm above and below the cabinet centreline, with the 3.5 x 15mm flat-head screws. Hang the door on the base plates, leaving a 2mm gap on both sides of the door, tighten all screws and test the movement.
