Per4m Creatine Sherbet Stick Packs

The UK’s first creatine sherbet, now in a single-serve stick. Each 6.2g sachet carries a full 5g of creatine monohydrate: tear it open, pour it straight onto your tongue and let the fizz dissolve, no water, shaker or scoop involved. Creatine increases physical performance during successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise, with the beneficial effect obtained from a daily intake of 3g, so one stick a day covers it with room to spare. Zero sugar. Each box holds 20 sticks in your choice of five sweet-shop flavours: Cherry Fizz, Fizzy Bubblegum Bottles, Original Sherbet, Peach Sweets and Rainbow Candy. Prefer a scoop? The original Creatine Sherbet tub does the same job at home.
