To cool Place the clean belly pack in a sealed bag and refrigerate for 30–60 minutes. Do not freeze. Let it return to room temperature before microwaving again. Leave the enclosed glass beads inside the limbs. Place the plush body in a mesh laundry bag before machine washing. Dry thoroughly on low heat, then gently shake, pat and brush the plush.
