Jessie Cowgirl Tutu Dress for Girls | Toy Story Inspired Halloween Costume

Yee-haw! Your little cowgirl is ready for an adventure! 🤠 This adorable Jessie-inspired cowgirl tutu dress is a bright, playful alternative to the typical store-bought Halloween costume. Handmade by Lover Dovers with comfortable fabrics and lots of special details, it's designed for little girls who want a costume that's just as fun to wear as it is to twirl in! The bodice features a cheerful yellow bandana print, sweetheart neckline, red ruffle details and a tiny blue bow. A black waistband leads into the show-stopping full royal blue tutu skirt, finished with red satin ribbon along the hem. And of course, a cowgirl needs her cow print! The front features an adorable cow-print mini apron trimmed with red ric-rac and lace for the perfect Western finishing touch. Unlike many inexpensive Halloween costumes made from thin or itchy costume materials, this dress is designed with comfort and quality in mind. The tutu skirt is fully lined so scratchy tulle doesn't sit directly against your little one's skin. The elasticized back and adjustable waist ties also give the dress a flexible fit and allow room for growth.
