Montessori Toy Shelf – Wooden Toy Storage with Five Open Cubbies

A place for their toys. A piece of furniture for your home. The Dannico Montessori Toy Shelf (we call it the Joy Shelf) brings open, organized toy storage into a thoughtfully designed piece of furniture. Curved sides and a sculpted silhouette give this wooden toy shelf a distinctive look, while five open cubbies at child height make toys and activities easy to see, choose and put back. Designed for children’s spaces and the homes around them, it combines sturdy Baltic birch construction, tool-free assembly and a style that stays relevant as their interests change. Five open cubbies: two wide (about 19″ × 9.5″) and three narrow (about 12.75″ × 9.5″), all 12″ deep, for baskets, puzzles, blocks and books. Furniture with character: curved sides and considered proportions bring a softer look to everyday toy storage. Custom interlocking joinery: parts slide together like a puzzle; most people finish in 5 to 10 minutes with no tools. Wall strap included: secure the back panel to the wall following the instructions (a drill or screwdriver is needed for this step). FSC®-certified Baltic birch plywood: finished with a water-based, low-VOC sealant and a UV-cured topcoat. Handcrafted in San Antonio, Texas. Useful beyond the playroom years: an understated design that works with changing rooms and interests. Dimensions: 40″ W × 12″ D × 24″ H. Baskets not included.
