It gave me such a warm fuzzy feeling to see folks smell it & watch their faces light up with absolute joy. The flavor & scent of these warming spices conjure in the true essence of Autumnal decadence unlike anything else & it makes my heart sing to offer it to you! 🍂 THE BREW: Medicinally, these herbs are fantastic supporters of the digestive, nervous & circulatory systems. I cold whipped this honey around the clock for 2 whole weeks, which slowly introduced air, making it take on an otherworldly creamy flavor & spreadable consistency. Enjoy this wonderful treat spread on toast, baked into pastries, mixed into coffee or tea or in anything your creative taste buds desire. Or simply lick it off a spoon like I’ve been doing🤭 I’ve been enjoying my own 3oz jar for a few weeks & barely made a dent. It’s concentrated, a little goes a very long way! Stir up & store in the fridge/cold cupboard to keep it incorporated & creamy. THE HISTORY OF PUMPKIN SPICE: There’s a reason the scents & flavors of Cinnamon, Ginger, Nutmeg, Clove, Allspice & Cardamom conjure a deep nostalgia & warm comforting ancestral remembrance. It brings us to the Spice Trade that dates back to 1000 BCE, taking place throughout Asia, the Middle East & Europe. These spices are thousands of years old, they were deeply worshipped & sought after in nearly every country. But the blend we know as ‘Pumpkin Spice’ was coined around the 19th century. It actually doesn’t contain pumpkin, but was crafted as a yummy spice blend to flavor pumpkin pie & squash; hence it representing the Autumnal season, when gourds are being harvested & eaten. May this delicious brew tune you into the magic, tradition & nostalgia of this beautiful time of year ✨🍂 •••••••••••••••• *HERBAL PRODUCTS DISCLAIMER* ***Please consult with a healthcare professional if you have a serious medical condition or concerns about contraindications in regards to medications you are currently taking.
